Select Medical in Dover, DE is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to manage front-desk and billing tasks at our outpatient physical therapy center. You will greet patients, register them, answer questions, and guide them through the visit while coordinating appointments and payments.

The role requires strong insurance verification skills and reliable front-desk experience; healthcare background is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and schedule variations.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Insurance verification experience required.
• Preferred: 1 year front desk experience.
• Preferred: healthcare experience.

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and regarding their next appointment at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.

Overview

Position:Patient Service Specialist

Location:128 Greentree Dr. Dover, DE 19904

Type of Employment:Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary/ 2 evening until 7pm per week)

Compensation:$19.00 - $20.00/hour (pending experience)

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Insurance Verification Experience

Preferred:

• 1 Year Front Desk experience
• Healthcare experience
