Job summary

Talentify in Dickson, TN is seeking a part-time Patient Service Specialist to greet and register patients, schedule visits, and support front-desk operations in our outpatient physical therapy center.

You will communicate with attorneys, insurers and translation services, collect co-pays, and process authorizations and verifications to keep care flowing smoothly.

This role offers Weekdays schedule, starting pay at $15 per hour, with 401k eligibility after 1,000 hours in the first year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 Year of Front Desk Experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation companies, and internal teams.

As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center. • Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
