Job summary

Talentify is hiring a Patient Service Specialist in Castle Rock, CO. You will greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and support both front-d desk and business operations at our outpatient physical therapy center.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and some front desk or healthcare experience. The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with benefits and a company-matching 401(k).

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Location: 4714 Milestone Lane Suite B Castle Rock, CO 80104

• Will need to be flexible helping the surrounding clinics within 20 mile radius. Will discuss during interview

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• 1 Year Front Desk experience
• Healthcare experience
