Be part of the founding team for our new Rocklin clinic opening in March 2027. As a Patient Service Representative, you'll help create a welcoming, person-centered experience for every patient while building trust, connection, and exceptional care from day one. Schedule: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or 9:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Anticipated Start Date: September 2026 in Auburn and transition to Rocklin Spring 2027.
Hourly Pay: $25.00-$26.00
Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents.
17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)

Field inbound calls from patients with professionalism and compassion
Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers
Provide accurate information on services, procedures, and general health inquiries
Escalate urgent matters to appropriate medical staff promptly and efficient
