Job summary

Redemption Psychiatry LLC is seeking a front desk CCS I to provide patient-focused service in our Phoenix clinic. Responsibilities include greeting patients, checking in/out, verifying demographics, and assisting with insurance scanning.

You will manage phone calls, reminders, and simple payments while maintaining HIPAA standards. The role emphasizes accurate charting, scheduling, and collaboration with clinicians to ensure smooth operations and positive patient experiences in a busy outpatient

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in an outpatient medical office preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and manage voicemails.
• Check in/out patients and handle money transactions including payments plans and cash drops.
• Verify patient demographics and scan insurance into charts.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments and manage notifications.
• Assist with faxing ROI’s, disability/FMLA paperwork, and uploading medical records.
