Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Medical Front Office professional to manage patient registration, check-in and check-out, and copay collection in a fast-paced clinic setting in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive information.

Ideal candidates will have at least a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years of relevant experience, and familiarity with EMR systems (Athena knowledge a plus) to support the Clinical Support

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out patients.
• Ensure patient/insurance demographic information is correct and consent forms signed.
• Ensure insurance cards and patient IDs are on file.
• Review and obtain completed Advance Beneficiary Notifications.
• Collect on estimated out-of-pocket costs and previous balances.
• Answer incoming calls to the clinic.
