Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in outpatient medical office preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Proficiency with Windows PC and Microsoft Office products.
• HIPAA and HIITECH guidelines compliance required.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming phone calls and greet patients; check in/out patients.
• Handle money transactions and set up payment plans; cash drops as needed.
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments; manage calendar.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information; scan documents.
• Collect and route patient questions; document communications in chart.
