Job summary

Salina Family Healthcare Center is seeking a Medical Receptionist to serve as the frontline contact with patients and the public. You will greet visitors, assist with scheduling, verify insurance data, and support the clinical team to ensure smooth, coordinated patient care.

This role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in a medical office, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and route calls appropriately.
• Input patient insurance information and update Good Faith Estimates.
