TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated front desk associate for a growing medical practice in the Minneapolis metro area. The role involves direct patient check-in, collecting demographics, insurance paperwork, and verifying eligibility.

You will greet patients warmly, assist with insurance details, and support efficient patient flow across multiple metro locations. The position is a permanent, full-time on-site role with typical 7:00am–4:00pm hours (40 hours/week) and occasional 6:00pm departures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of medical front desk experience.
• Reliable transportation to commute across the metro.
• Willing to float to multiple locations in the metro area.

Responsabilités

• Check in patients as the main responsibility with direct patient contact.
• Gather demographics and insurance information and ensure paperwork is completed.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients.
• Greet patients and provide a friendly arrival experience.
