Job summary

Foot and Ankle Clinics of Arizona is seeking a Front Desk team member to join our Phoenix office. You will act as the first point of contact, guiding patients from check-in to check-out and coordinating visits with clinical staff.

The role involves scheduling, managing phone calls, collecting co-pays, gathering demographic information, and validating insurance data to ensure accurate input. Superior customer service is expected daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task between heavy phone volume, multiple computer systems and frequent interruptions.
• Able to work on a computer sitting for 8 hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Receives all incoming calls, documents messages, and routes to appropriate staff; ensures documentation in medical records.
• Accurately enters patient demographics and insurance information; collects copays and balance totals.
• Schedules, reschedules appointments and may prepare referrals to specialty care.
• Prints patient superbills daily and tracks no-shows and rescheduled appointments for each clinic.
• Assists with rooming patients and supports online presence through review requests to patients.
