Paramount Rehabilitation Services in Bay City, MI is seeking a Full-Time medical receptionist to join our rehabilitation clinics. This role supports front-desk operations, scheduling, and patient communications in a fast-paced environment.

You will answer phones, schedule appointments, maintain medical records, and assist with billing and insurance tasks while ensuring patient confidentiality and accurate documentation. Typical hours are 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a medical receptionist is required.
• Experience with medical billing and insurance is preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and organization are essential.

Responsibilities
