Qualifications: Associate degree in Health Administration with 2 years front-office experience, or a high school

• Associate degree in Health Administration and 2 years of medical front office experience OR High School diploma and 5 years of medical front office experience.
• Experience with customer service, insurance verification, electronic scheduling, and posting co-pays to accounts.
