Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Patient Ambassador to deliver excellent service, check in patients, handle payments, and support daily operations.

You will guide new patients through intake, coordinate with clinical staff, and maintain a friendly, professional attitude, providing a "white glove" experience. Schedule: Mon–Fri 4:45am–12:00pm, rotating Sat 5:30am–9:45am; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401K match, CE allowance, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations.
• Maintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offer a 'white glove' experience.
• Guide new patients through their intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintains daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes.
• Provides clerical and logistical support.
• Oversees patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
