Qualifications

• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service checking in patients and receiving payments.
• Guide new patients through intake and coordinate with medical staff.
• Maintain daily financial records and assist in daily operations.
