Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Patient Ambassador to provide excellent customer service, check in patients, and assist in daily operations. You will guide new patients through the intake process, handle payments, and support financial and clerical tasks across a busy outpatient setting.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and customer service experience; healthcare or addiction medicine background is a plus.
