Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Patient Ambassador to provide excellent customer service, check in patients, and assist in daily operations. You will guide new patients through the intake process, handle payments, and support financial and clerical tasks across a busy outpatient setting.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and customer service experience; healthcare or addiction medicine background is a plus.

  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations.
  • Maintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients and provide a top-notch experience.
  • Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate patient intakes.
  • Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities; maintain daily financial records.

Day in the Life of a Patient Ambassador

Responsible for providing excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations.

  • Maintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offer a "white glove" experience.
  • Provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process.
  • Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed
  • Maintains daily financial records and reports
  • Coordinates with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes
  • Provides clerical and logistical support
  • Oversees patient accounts and financial responsibilities
Education and Experience Requirements
  • At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer Service experience in a fast‑paced environment preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
  • Lived Addiction experience is a plus.
Schedule

Monday - Friday; 4:45am - 12:00pm Rotating Saturday; 5:30am - 9:45am
