Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in person and by phone using AIDET.
• Schedule appointments and manage check-in/out with copays and balances.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and routing of faxes.
• Verify and update patient information and medical records.
• Coordinate patient flow with clinical staff and notify delays.
• Handle release of information following legal and clinic requirements.
