Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator in Lake Ronkonkoma to manage front desk operations and assist clinicians. This full-time role requires a high school diploma and a year of medical office/customer service experience, with proficiency in Google Suite.

The position emphasizes patient greeting, scheduling, data entry, and HIPAA compliance. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with an hourly compensation range of $17–$20.

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in patients and visitors with a warm, upbeat attitude.
• Schedule appointments and manage front desk operations.
• Assist clinicians with patient care and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Answer calls and relay messages; maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Maintain EMR data entry and prepare reports and logs with accuracy.
