Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Suite is required.
• Strong communication and professional interaction with customers, coworkers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients and visitors with a warm, upbeat attitude and checks in patients.
• Manages appointment scheduling to optimize provider time and room utilization.
• Maintains on-time patient flow by notifying clinicians of arrivals and delays.
• Performs accurate data entry into the EMR system with patient information and treatment plans.
• Produces reports and lists, including financial reconciliations and patient retention tracking.
