• Manages scheduling operations to maximize provider availability and treatment room usage.
• Maintains on-time patient flow by notifying clinicians of arrivals and any delays.
• Performs data entry into the EMR system with patient information and treatment updates.
• Prepares treatment rooms and assists patients during therapy sessions.
