Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Clinic Support Associate in East Meadow, NY. You will handle front desk duties, assist clinicians with patient care, and ensure a welcoming experience for every patient.

The role emphasizes scheduling, patient flow, data entry in the EMR system, and helping with therapy activities under supervision. This is a long-term, on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is required.

Responsabilidades

• Greets and welcomes patients and visitors with a warm, inviting attitude and checks in patients.
• Delivers high level of customer service by ensuring patient satisfaction and optimizing provider time.
• Manages scheduling operations to maximize provider availability and treatment room usage.
• Maintains on-time patient flow by notifying clinicians of arrivals and any delays.
• Performs data entry into the EMR system with patient information and treatment updates.
• Prepares treatment rooms and assists patients during therapy sessions.
