Trinity Health IHA Medical Group seeks a Medical Receptionist III to be the friendly first contact for patients and visitors. You will support efficient office operations, verify registrations and insurance, and assist with scheduling and communications to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role emphasizes professionalism, compassion, and teamwork with the Reception team to deliver outstanding service across Southeast Michigan.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant medical or customer service experience preferred.
• Billing knowledge (Billing 101) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Handle complex billing issues.
• Check patients in and verify registration and insurance information.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phones and route messages appropriately.
• Maintain patient records and support day-to-day operations.
• Welcome patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Support with MyChart and patient communications.
