Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience required.
• Experience working in a medical office, healthcare setting, or customer-facing administrative environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, families, and visitors with a professional, friendly experience.
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, and coordinate referrals.
• Register arriving clients by verifying demographics, payment methods, and required documentation.
