Responsibilities include answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, data entry into the EHR, processing payments, and maintaining up-to-date schedules and insurance information, while upholding professional, calm

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to greet and direct individuals entering the facility.
• Ability to screen and process telephone inquiries following confidentiality policies.
• Capable of scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments and returning messages promptly.
• Accurate data entry into the EHR system and maintain current provider schedules and insurance information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct individuals entering the facility.
