We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Medical Front Desk Coordinator to support a busy pediatric therapy clinic. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients and families and will play a key role in patient scheduling, registration, communication, and overall front-office operations.

Compensation: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Serve as the primary front-desk point of contact for patients, families, and visitors.
- Convert new patient inquiries and leads into scheduled appointments.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments as needed.
- Follow up on canceled appointments and work to maintain provider schedules at full capacity.
- Collect co-pays and assist with other front-office administrative processes.
- Complete patient registration and required intake documentation.
- Process medical records requests while maintaining confidentiality.
- Register and orient patients and families regarding clinic policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records.
- Anticipate the needs of patients, families, and clinic staff and provide a high level of customer service.
- Coordinate schedules, tasks, and administrative priorities in a proactive manner.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front-office environment.
- Work independently while effectively managing interruptions and multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- Previous experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Medical office administration or management
- Healthcare front desk or patient services
- Customer service
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Sales or lead conversion
- Administrative coordination
- Experience working with EMR/EHR systems required.
- Experience with Epic strongly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with:
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Phone systems
- Scheduling and administrative technology
