Aufgaben

• Greet patients and visitors and guide them to the appropriate service areas.
• Inform patients about registration procedures and the services provided.
• Provide information to patients, answer questions and hand out forms.
• Answer and screen incoming calls and transfer to extensions.
• Log all incoming mail and maintain medical records according to policy.
• Serve as a liaison between front office and other departments.
• Assist front office as needed.
