Park Nicollet Health Services in Saint Louis Park, MN, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our Primary Care Frontline team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and employer groups, handling calls, greeting visitors, collecting co-pays and assisting with scheduling.

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills required.
• Proficient in operating telephone/headsets, PC, printer, copier and fax.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming calls from patients and employer groups.
• Greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-up appointments and referrals, and support clerical duties.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
