The role supports a 11-clinician team and a daily patient load of 100–140, handling front desk and call-center tasks, coordinating appointments, and collecting copays in a fast-paced primary care setting.

The position emphasizes patient confidentiality, professional communication, and timely service, with a Monday–Friday day shift and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
• Proficient with telephone equipment, PCs, printers, photocopiers and fax machines.
• Medical terminology knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist at the front desk.
• Collect co-pays and schedule follow-up appointments and referrals.
• Support department clerical duties and manage patient flow.
• Deliver excellent customer service and protect patient confidentiality.
