Park Nicollet Health Services seeks a Medical Receptionist to join our Urgent Care Frontline team in Minnesota. You will welcome patients, collect co-pays, and schedule follow-ups while providing friendly, efficient front-desk support.

In this role, you’ll handle calls in a Call Center environment and assist with clerical tasks, contributing to a positive patient experience and smooth clinic operations. Work schedule includes weekdays and alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles
• Proficiency with telephone, headset, PC, printer, copier and fax machine

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-up appointments and referrals, and support clerical duties at the front desk.
• Handle incoming calls in a Call Center environment with a goal of high availability and rapid, accurate responses during scheduled hours.
