Job summary

Park Nicollet is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our Urgent Care Frontline team. This role balances Call Center duties and Front Desk support, greeting patients, collecting co-pays, scheduling follow-ups and referrals, and providing courteous service to patients and families.

• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-up appointments and referrals and support departmental clerical duties.
