Job summary

Park Nicollet Rogers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our Primary Care Frontline team. You will support patient flow, greet visitors, collect co-pays, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate referrals to keep clinic operations smooth.

This hands-on role requires at least 6 months of related experience, accurate computer skills, and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality with empathy. You will work Monday–Friday days with some Saturdays and serve both patients and employer groups

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills required.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service.
• Proficient in operating telephone, headsets, PC and common office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls from patients and employer groups.
• Greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-up appointments and referrals, and support clerical duties.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide timely, courteous service.
• Support process improvements and clinic operations for Park Nicollet Rogers.
