Complete Women's Care is seeking a motivated receptionist to support our OB/GYN medical practice. The ideal candidate brings impeccable customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet patients, answer calls, verify insurance, handle payments, and perform light clerical duties while contributing to a warm, professional first impression for every visitor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience in a receptionist/front desk role
• Independent thinker who enjoys serving others (OB/GYN experience preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with a smile.
• Greet and welcome patients at the door.
• Direct patients to the appropriate person and office.
• Create a warm first impression.
• Provide basic information in person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries.
• Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
• Verify insurance.
• Receive payments.
