MDpanel is seeking an Evaluation Support Coordinator to join the Day of Evaluation Team in California. You will engage with physicians and applicants at clinic sites, delivering high-level customer service and physician support throughout the medical evaluation process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience or front/back office healthcare administration required.
• Physiology, Anatomy, and medical terminology knowledge a plus.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking are essential.
• Must have excellent customer service with premium experience.
• Experience with monitoring and recording vitals a plus.
• Experience with intake assessments and managing new examinee forms.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to collaborate in a cross-functional team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional demeanor with customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to all shifts as scheduled and fulfil them in their entirety.
• Prepare the clinic room before and after each evaluation.
• Welcome applicants and verify identities, guiding them to the correct location.
• Greet physicians and provide required forms and intake materials.
• Support physicians with vitals and measurements as requested.
• Keep the day’s schedule adjusted for no-shows or late arrivals.
• Maintain front desk and ensure supplies are stocked and ordered.
• Perform basic clerical tasks: filing, copying, data entry.
• Ensure all forms are completed, scanned and uploaded during the day.
• Maintain high physician and applicant satisfaction with positive interactions.
• Close and secure the clinic at day end.
