Responsibilities

  • Arrive for shifts on time and fulfill duties in full.
  • Prepare resources for the day of evaluation.
  • Keep clinic open, clean, and ready for applicants and physicians.
  • Welcome applicants, verify identity, and direct to locations.
  • Greet physicians and ensure they have what they need from MDpanel.
  • Ensure forms and patient intake are completed ahead of evaluation.
  • Assist physicians with vitals (blood pressure, weight, height) as needed.
  • Maintain schedule and adjust for no-shows or late arrivals.
  • Keep front desk clean and stocked; order supplies as needed.
  • Prepare clinic rooms before/after evaluations and perform basic clerical tasks.
  • Ensure all forms are scanned/uploaded on the day of evaluation.
  • Maintain high physician/applicant satisfaction through positive interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and close the clinic at day end.

Position Summary:

As an Evaluation Support Coordinator , you will be a part of the Day of Evaluation Team. You will engage with our doctors and applicants at our clinic sites within your territory. Your role will include delivering a high level of customer service and physician support throughout the medical evaluation and offering administrative support before, during and post examination. To be successful in this position, you must enjoy collaborating and being part of a team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent customer service, time management, problem‑solving skills, deliver outstanding support to the physician/applicant, have a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.

The Evaluation Support Coordinator makes a difference in the experience we offer to physicians by providing a unique blend of skills and knowledge to conduct the scheduled evaluation. Evaluation Support Coordinators are multiskilled professionals responsible for performing both administrative and minimal clinical tasks while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive physician/applicant engagement. You are also expected to actively participate in quality improvement efforts with an emphasis on the importance of the individual claimant and physician. Our team represents MDpanel and our commitment to excellence and our industry leading evaluation day experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Arrive to all shifts as scheduled and fulfil them in their entirety.
  • Arrive in advance, prepared with all resources required for the day of evaluation.
  • Ensure the clinic is open, clean, and prepared for applicants and physicians to arrive.
  • Welcome applicants upon arrival, verifying their identity, and directing them to the correct location.
  • Greet the physician and ensure they have what they require from MDpanel for their day of evaluations.
  • Ensure all forms and patient/applicant intake are completed in advance of the evaluation
  • Support the physician with taking vitals and measurements which include blood pressure, weight, height, among others, as requested by the physician.
  • Ensure the day's schedule is being kept, adjusting it based on no‑shows or late arrivals, where necessary.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the front desk, ensuring adequate supplies are stocked. This includes ordering any office or clinic supplies that are short in supply.
  • Prepare the clinic room before and after each evaluation.
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing documents, making copies, and data entry.
  • Ensure all forms are completed, scanned and uploaded on the day of evaluation, prior to completing your shift.
  • Maintain a high level of physician and applicant satisfaction by providing positive interactions at all times.
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Close and secure the clinic at the end of the evaluation day.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience or front or back office healthcare administration required.
  • Physiology, Anatomy, and medical terminology knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi‑task is a must.
  • Must display excellent customer service skills, focused on delivering premium experience.
  • Experience with monitoring and recording vitals for patients a plus (training is available).
  • Experience with intake assessments and managing new examinee forms.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to problem‑solve and think critically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional demeanour with strong customer service attitude.
  • Proficient knowledge in the use of various office related programs such as Excel, Word, Zoom, Teams, Google Meets, and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Must be reliable to arrive on time at our clinical facilities.
Work Setting:
  • Assigned office space based on day of evaluation needs. Offices may be located up to 2 hours of your home address. MDpanel approved scrubs are required attire as an TMA.
  • MDpanel's physicians, and therefore our Evaluation Support Coordinators , provide services every day of the week (Monday - Sunday). Our team works collaboratively to build schedules that support both your needs and team goals.

Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and internal equity.
