Job summary

MDpanel invites applications for a Traveling Medical Assistant to support the Day of Evaluation Team. You will travel to clinic sites within your territory and deliver high-level customer service while assisting physicians and applicants during medical evaluations.

The role blends administrative and minimal clinical tasks, including welcoming applicants, gathering intake forms, and taking vitals, while keeping the schedule on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience or front/back office healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy and medical terminology is a plus.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Experience with vitals monitoring and intake assessments a plus.
• Proficient use of office software (Excel, Word, Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Arrive to all shifts as scheduled and fulfill them in their entirety.
• Welcome applicants upon arrival, verify identity, direct to correct location.
• Greet physicians and ensure they have what MDpanel requires for the day.
• Assist with taking vitals and measurements as requested by the physician.
• Keep the day's schedule on track and adjust for no-shows or late arrivals.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and stock supplies; order office items as needed.
• Prepare clinic rooms before and after each evaluation.
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
• Ensure forms are completed, scanned and uploaded on the day of evaluation.
