Job summary

MDpanel is seeking an Evaluation Support Coordinator to join the Day of Evaluation Team. You will engage with doctors and applicants at clinic sites, delivering a high level of customer service and physician support throughout the medical evaluation.

You will perform administrative tasks, verify forms, manage schedules, take vitals when requested, and help maintain a smooth day-of-evaluation experience for all participants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical or front/back office healthcare admin experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to collect vitals when needed.
• Proficient in office software suites.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to all shifts as scheduled and fulfill them in their entirety.
• Greet applicants and physicians; ensure proper direction and resources for day of evaluation.
• Support physician with taking vitals and measurements as requested.
• Maintain scheduling accuracy and adjust for no-shows or late arrivals.
• Prepare clinic rooms and perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Ensure forms are completed, scanned, and uploaded on the day of evaluation.
