Job summary

MDpanel is seeking a Traveling Medical Assistant to join the Day of Evaluation Team. You will interact with doctors and applicants at clinic sites within your territory, delivering high-level customer service and physician support.

You will help with administrative tasks before, during, and after examinations, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to ensure a seamless evaluation day experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience or front/back office healthcare administration.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with vitals monitoring and intake forms is a plus.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to shifts as scheduled and fulfill them in full.
• Welcome applicants and verify identity, directing them to proper locations.
• Greet physicians and ensure they have needed resources for the day.
• Assist with vitals and measurements as requested by the physician.
• Keep daily schedule on track and adjust for no-shows or late arrivals.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Prepare exam rooms before/after evaluations.
• Perform basic clerical tasks and data entry.
• Ensure forms are completed, scanned, and uploaded on evaluation day.
• Provide high level physician/applicant satisfaction and adhere to policies.
• Close and secure the clinic at day end.
