This employee will set up CPAPs, Respiratory Assist Devices (RADs), maintain CPAP/RAD Compliance, manage CPAP/RAD supplies/inquiries/orders, call mdINR missed appointments, manage Oximetry process, and complete all other tasks assigned/related to the functionality of the center.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner
- May also perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes as well
- Complete all required documentation and instruct patients on safe and proper use of equipment
- Clean rental equipment when returned to the center, in accordance with policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area
- Monitor CPAP/RAD Compliance report and follow up with non‑compliant patients
- Receive and respond to patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, including insurance verification, confirmation of supplies needed, and arranging shipment to the patient
- Monitor mdINR Compliance report and follow up with non‑compliant patients
- Manage the center's oximetry process
- Follow applicable policies and procedures of the company, including safety, OSHA, and emergency planning
- Participate in on‑call responsibilities for the center
- Frequency of on‑call participation depends on the size of the center and number of staff sharing responsibility
- Represent the company through professional appearance and patient care activities
- Serve as a backup to other employees for vacation, illness, or absenteeism
- Use a personal vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license
