Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician to join our team.

You will be responsible for the delivery, setup, and maintenance of medical equipment, oxygen and supplies, and the instruction to patients and/or caregivers concerning proper use and maintenance of equipment. The role also involves providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone to patients and referral sources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment at patient locations.
• Instruct patients/caregivers on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide customer service to patients and referral sources in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate with Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance coverage information.
• Assist with routine paperwork and route-related documentation.
