Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician to join our team. You will handle delivery, setup and ongoing maintenance of home medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies, while educating patients and caregivers on proper usage.

You will also assist customers and referral sources in person and by phone. The role requires strong English communication, the ability to multitask, and a patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
• Experience with medical equipment, preferred.
• One year of related work experience, preferred.
• Medical terminology, preferred.
• Effectively communicate in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Delivery, setup and maintenance of medical equipment, oxygen and supplies.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on proper use and care of equipment.
• Provide customer service over the phone and in-person to patients and referral sources.
