Qualifications

• Experience managing the development and execution of continuing education activities (CME/CE/IME).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines across in-person, virtual, blended, and enduring activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver CME activities from kickoff to closure within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams to establish timelines and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Work with freelancers, accreditors, vendors, and faculty throughout production and delivery.
• Oversee conference logistics, contract details, and on-site execution for live events.
• Provide status updates and change information to the team and clients.
