Everyday Health Group in the United States is seeking a Program Manager for Prime Education to lead and coordinate continuing medical education and research programs. You’ll plan, track, and manage grants, coordinating faculty, virtual and onsite meetings, and status reporting.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to work with vendors, sites, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or verifiable equivalent certification and/or work experience (min 3 years in staff management, project management, executive oversight)
• Healthcare education experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage a diverse team
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information and time management
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct program launch meetings for newly awarded grants
• Develop tasks and timelines for new programs using project management tools
• Monitor programs to ensure timeliness and quality
• Schedule periodic stakeholder meetings and manage risk
• Provide guidance to leadership and staff on program planning and execution
• Plan onsite meetings including site selection, vendor negotiation, and registrations
• Research, procure, and manage expert speakers
• Review vendor proposals, invoices, and facility details
• Coordinate with Production to print and ship program materials
• Facilitate virtual meetings and provide post-program reports
