Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Education Program Coordinator to manage medical education programs and coordinate observer/visitor activities in the Department of Pathology. You will liaise with physicians, nurses, and educators to support high-quality CME offerings.

The role covers onboarding, visa facilitation, and compliance with health and training requirements, with hybrid work after initial training and onsite responsibilities at 399 Revolution Drive.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2-3 years in Graduate Medical Education or hospital/healthcare environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and time management.
• Detail-oriented with data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee observer process and schedule observers.
• Serve as primary contact for visitors.
• Onboard visitors, facilitate visas and payments.
• Ensure compliance with HealthStream trainings and vaccination requirements.
• Support CME conference administration and ACCME credit documentation.
• Assist with special projects and work with course directors.
