Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an Education Program Coordinator to manage medical education programs and liaise with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to support professional development. You will oversee observer processes, onboard visitors, and ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2-3 years experience in Graduate Medical Education, Hospital or Healthcare preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee observer process by scheduling observers and non-employee researchers; adjudicate requests following Pathology Education guidelines.
• Serve as primary contact for all visitors to the department.
• Onboard visitors by collecting documents, facilitating visas and payments.
• Ensure compliance with HealthStream trainings and vaccination requirements.
• Provide support to Course Directors and assist with special projects as directed.
