Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Medical Director with an Infectious Disease specialty for our St. Augustine, FL outpatient clinic.

The role focuses on outpatient infectious disease care, collaboration with a dedicated care team, and leadership responsibilities at a fully staffed facility. Qualified candidates must be MD/DO with board certification, valid DEA/furnishing license, and CPR/BLS; outpatient experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be an Infectious Disease Physician with an active MD or DO license.
• Outpatient care experience required; no night or weekend shifts.
• CPR/BLS certification and valid DEA/furnishing license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary outpatient infectious disease care and coordinate with care teams.
• Manage patient load with productivity targets (14–18 patients per day).
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs) and review charts/audits as needed.
• Complete documentation the same day or within 72 hours for accurate billing.
• Participate in after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
