Qualifications

• Must hold an MD or DO with an active license.
• Valid DEA and Furnishing license required.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage 14 patients per 8-hour shift (7 in half-day).
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity targets.
• Document the visit the same day or within 72 hours with accurate E/M codes.
• Provide primary care for chronic and acute conditions; HIV/STIs not sole focus.
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff.
• Review tests and imaging promptly; process renewals within 72 hours.
• Monitor voicemails/emails daily; support patient retention efforts.
• Oversee mid-level providers with chart reviews or audits.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage; 4 hours weekly admin time.
