Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Medical Director for Infectious Disease in St. Augustine, FL.

This outpatient role offers a base salary plus bonuses, a robust benefits package, and potential sign/retention incentives. On-site work with no nights or weekends required. Ideal candidates possess an MD or DO, active medical license, valid DEA and Furnishing license, and experience in outpatient primary care, treating conditions like HIV and STIs, with capacity for 14–18

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage minimum 14 patients per 8-hour shift and oversee scheduling.
• Complete same-day or 72-hour documentation with accurate billing codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Supervise PAs and NPs; conduct chart reviews as needed.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage.
• Full-time physicians receive protected admin time.
