Our Healthcare Center Wellness Clinic in St. Augustine, FL is seeking a Medical Director with a specialty in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Infectious Disease to lead our outpatient services. You will join a fully staffed, mission-driven team dedicated to serving the local community.

The role requires an MD or DO with an active license, board certification preferred, and CPR/BLS. Expect oversight of care teams, 14–18 patient daily targets, and on-site work with competitive compensation

Formación

• Must be an Infectious Disease Physician for outpatient care.
• Outpatient care experience required with no nights or weekends.
• Must possess an MD or DO license, active in the state, and CPR/BLS.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs) and coordinate with care teams.
• Ensure timely documentation and accurate E&M billing codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Support patient retention efforts and after-hours on-call coverage.
