BD is seeking an entry-level Associate Territory Manager to support a field sales team across the Vascular Access portfolio, with a primary focus on Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, and PowerGlide. The role spans multiple territories but is part of a single region and may require travel up to 40%.

Based in Franklin Lakes, NJ, the position offers base pay plus incentive totaling $65,000 + $18,000, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within BD’s healthcare technology leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; zero to four years outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; willingness to relocate.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, medical and vascular terminology.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team in the field via rides to learn the sales process.
• Attend sales training to learn BD vascular products.
• Protect and grow BD Vascular Access Device portfolio.
• Emphasis on Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, PowerGlide.
• Provide customers product information and training.
• Inform customers of pricing, backorders, and policies.
• Conduct in-service of peripheral access products.
• Collaborate with SC and RBM on planning and prioritization of calls.
• Develop knowledge of peripheral access products.
• Communicate daily with Territory Manager and District Manager.
• Report changes in customer accounts.
• Complete administrative duties in a timely fashion.
• Cultivate new and existing customers and travel as needed.
