Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive new and existing account growth across our medical device portfolio. You will present, demonstrate, and support products with clinicians, while coordinating with marketing to capture feedback and opportunities.

The role requires travel to customers, strong communication, and ability to meet quarterly sales targets, with uncapped commission opportunities and an annual incentive plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably medical products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinicians and customers.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Deliver product demonstrations and in-services to clinicians.
• Prepare pricing contracts and respond to customer requests.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align on product launches and feedback.
• Travel to meet clients and close sales opportunities.
