Job summary

Diversatek Healthcare in Milwaukee seeks a Warehouse Assistant to join the medical device division. This entry-level role supports inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and shipment documentation while learning SyteLine ERP and Factory Track systems.

The position reports to the Distribution Manager in a regulated manufacturing environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented with basic warehouse or retail experience; training on GMP and FDA practices is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn new skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience in retail, warehouse, or distribution settings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Map, label, and maintain inventory locations in GMP and FDA-compliant processes.
• Receive, document, and verify incoming materials; enter data into SyteLine ERP.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders with accurate traceability.
• Operate barcode scanners and Factory Track devices; keep the warehouse safe and clean.
• Maintain regulatory-compliant records of inventory movements.
