Job summary

Optos PLC in Massachusetts seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse, inventory control, receiving, kitting, shipping, and logistics in a regulated medical device environment, driving operational excellence, material traceability, and team performance through effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes adherence to ISO 13485 and GMP, implementing process improvements, conducting cycle counts, data dashboards, and supporting recruitment and onboarding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervising multiple employees in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office; Dynamics GP a plus.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing with inventory control, GMP, ISO 13485, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Warehouse Team with training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
• Ensure compliant and efficient warehouse operations per ISO 13485 and regulatory standards.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, production support, shipping, and logistics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and material traceability through cycle counting and audits.
• Monitor performance using key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
